The FAM was founded in South Florida with a simple belief: the most meaningful storytelling begins with real connection.

After years working within the modeling and production industries, we saw a gap between brands seeking authentic representation of children and families, and parents navigating casting without clear guidance or support.

We created The FAM to bridge that space — thoughtfully curating children and families while bringing a production-aware, organized approach that supports both brands and parents.

Our goal is not volume. It is alignment.

    FOUNDER

    Polina Marchenko is a strategic content partner for kids and parenting brands and a mom of two who knows firsthand what it takes to make children feel safe, seen, and natural on camera.

    Working with clients across the US, she brings both strategic thinking and genuine warmth to every shoot. The FAM is her next chapter. The first US casting agency dedicated entirely to real families and real kids, it was built on a belief Polina developed shoot by shoot: the most powerful content comes from genuine moments.

    The FAM exists to create a safe, supportive space where families and kids can grow, shine, and be seen exactly as they are.

    Amanda Sloan

    FOUNDER

    Amanda Sloan is a model and creative strategist with years of experience in the lifestyle, commercial, and fashion space. She understands firsthand what helps talent feel confident and comfortable on set.

    Alongside her modeling career, Amanda built a digital marketing company working with fashion and commercial brands on positioning, content, and campaign strategy. This gives her a unique perspective on productions from both sides of the lens, as both talent and a creative partner for brands.

    The FAM brings these worlds together. It was created to focus on casting real families and kids, creating an environment where authentic moments are captured and audiences connect.
